For those who would like to stay outside the conference centre itself, there are many options in a wide variety of price ranges and styles within walking distance of the Park Plaza. And since Victoria station is only minutes away, you can easily reach the conference centre from anywhere in central London.
The map opposite highlights hotels and guest houses in the area that have a 4* plus customer rating and were available for the conference dates at the time of publication.
The cluster of hotels around Belgrave road: The Melita and the Luna Simone are popular with international visitors. The Wellington on Vincent Square is an 8 minute walk from the conference centre and located opposite Westminster School playing fields, so ideal for those who would like a less urban environment.

Getting here and around
Some tips on how best to get to the Park Plaza Victoria and navigating around Central London
International Airports
- From Heathrow Airport - there are various options which will take about 45 minutes to one hour. By tube you can take the Elizabeth line and change to the District line at Ealing Broadway, or the Piccadilly line and change to the District line at Earls Court for Victoria. The Heathrow Express to Paddington, changing onto the Circle line at Paddington is a more expensive option. Ubers will cost about £50-£60 and take about 50 minutes, depending on traffic.
- From Gatwick Airport - the journey should take about 40-50 minutes by train. Take any train from Gatwick to London Victoria (the Gatwick Express is not necessarily faster than alternatives but if you are using Southern Trains do check whether they are fast, or stopping trains).
- From Stansted Airport - take the Stansted Express to Liverpool St Station but chance onto the Victoria line tube at Tottenham Hale for Victoria Station (you have to leave the mainline station but the tube is right outside). This journey takes about an hour.
- There are also coaches available at all of the airports which will run to Victoria coach station - this is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel along the road from Victoria train station.
Once at Victoria Station, take the exit onto Wilton road opposite platforms 2/3. The Park Plaza (not the Riu Park Plaza which is next door) is down the road on the right.
