We take protecting your data very seriously. Access to your personal data on the Site is password-protected through our Wix admin area, and payments are secured by encryption connection though Wix. Access to your personal data in the App is password-protected and you may update your password in the App directly or by contacting info@iclrlondon2026.org

We only keep your data for as long as is necessary for the purpose(s) for which it was provided.

Who do we share your personal data with?

We sometimes share your personal data with trusted third parties. We only do this where it is necessary for providing you services or for the effective operation of ICLR London 2026, in particular we share the names, company names and job titles of attendees with our sponsors and we share names and dietary requirements with our third party social event providers.

Steps to Request Account Deletion on Eventdex’s ICLR London 2026 app

Email Us: Send an email to info@iclrlondon2026.org from the email address associated with your Eventdex ICLR London 2026 app account. Please use the subject line “Request for Account Deletion”.

Provide Necessary Information: In your email, please provide your full name and any other details that may help us identify your account. This ensures that we process the request for the correct account.

Confirmation of Request: Upon receiving your email, our support team will send you a confirmation email acknowledging the receipt of your deletion request.

What Happens Next:

Processing Your Request: Your request will be processed within 7 business days from the date of our confirmation email.

Deletion of Data: We will delete your Eventdex ICLR London 2026 account and all associated data from our servers. This includes your personal information, event registrations, transaction history, and any other data linked to your account.

Final Confirmation: Once your account is deleted, you will receive a final email confirming the completion of the deletion process.
