Keynote

The Chancellor of the High Court is head of the Chancery Division and is the judge with day to day responsibility for the Business and Property Courts. Lord Justice Birss sits in the Court of Appeal, is the Deputy Head of Civil Justice and Lead Judge for Artificial Intelligence in England and Wales. He was one of the panel hearing the appeal in the Mazur case.
